  Applied bachelor degree is a new level of the high vocational training.

 In 2009 – 2014 the Government of the RF conducts the experiment - introduces applied bachelor in the secondary and higher professional educational institutions. The Order of its carrying out and conditions are determined in the Resolution of the Government of the RF from August 19- th 2009 № 667. The Selection of the educational institutions for taking part in the experiment held on the competitive basis, 127 educational institutions participated in the contest. Only 30 institutions have won and had the right of participating in the experiment- the Astrakhan College of Computing Technology is among them. .Applied bachelor degree in the college will be realized on the specialty 230113 « Computer systems and complexes».

The purpose of the applied bachelor degree is to connect the efforts of the higher and secondary vocational education, taken the best form of the theoretical preparation from one and practical - from another. The program of the applied bachelor degree will be realized with the involve of the teachers of the Astrakhan state university, the practical training will be carried out in the specialized laboratories of the college and in the technopark of the Astrakhan state university and in the production sections of organizations enterprises and firms of employees having the necessary personal and scientific potential.
